Elysian Kitchens: Recipes Inspired by the Traditions and Tastes of the World's Sacred Spaces by Jody Eddy.

It's surreal to see years of Jody's work and the photography from our travels that we completed six years ago, now in print in a book that is in many ways a time capsule. We traveled to locations here and abroad: Canada, Ireland, France, Spain, Morocco, Lebanon, India, and Japan. I’m grateful to Jody for bringing me on the adventure of a lifetime, and to all of the friends we met along the way.
